you know when its time to clean your sensor when...

I built a shower for the little pixie that paints the pictures on shutter press.

its been a week of trying to understand cameras and how they work and my brain hurts - I preferred it when I just referred to the pixie/imp
 
My camera hates me. I clean off the sensor (or have it cleaned) and next time I use it the dust bomber strikes. Drives me nuts. Add to that the dust ingrained on the view finder and on the mirrors and it gets depressing sometimes.

Welcome to POTN and hope you don't shot landscapes :D

It's part of the deal, you can't mix cement without cleaning your shovel every now and then.

A camera is a tool, use it, clean it, repeat :rules:

Quite so. I have learned that full well with my camera :p. Just wish it would stay clean a little longer after a cleaning. Maybe if I stored the camera in a sealed bag inbetween uses (several weeks at a time) as opposed to just zipped up in the camera bag a cleaning might last longer.

Who am I to talk :D

If I can't clean it with a tee shirt it wont get cleaned, just decided to blow my my camera out with frozen air :lol:

Take no notice of me :p
 
gone at it with a rocketblower and its shifted some of the smaller blobs, im going to need to route out my sensor wipes for the rest though.

might leave it until sunday night though, im supposed to be taking some pics for one of the gf friends sunday.. sods law i'll make it worse lol
