Rhod Sharp was questioning an official about it on Radio Five last night. They don't, of course, drain a reservoir after a dead bird has been fished out of it.

Reminds me of: "Most boys pee in swimming pools, but it's best not to get caught doing it from the diving board!"

Mmmmmm - I think this team will have a real problem in defence...... ;)

this Country is going mad, no wonder we are in the state we are.................I sa a road crew re surface 6 miles of road in 2 days. Outside my office it took a team of the same size 4 days to fill in a few pot holes. They spent most of the time hiding around the side of our building on their mobiles.

Go fishing on any of the ressies over here and the slopping out jug doubles up nicely as a pee pot, and it's encouraged....

Sums up our public sector. While I appreciate there are good workers out there, common sense does not seem to something a lot of council workers have.

Except of course it was contractors that did it not local authority workers

LOL dont you just love it.
