Yongnuo 565 ex

I have two of them, both work prety well :D goo build quality as well and cheap :D

Is the optical slave function still as awful as in the 560 and 460? I couldn't trigger one on a cloudy day, while the SB-80dx and Nission di866 had no problems.
 
You also can check out some shots I took with 2 yongnuo 565ex left&right infront of camera and one canon 420ex in back of the model

The shoot I took above was taken in a foggy night. Honestly, at that time they did not work really well with my trigger YN-603.

After the first click, both flashes performed very well, then the second did not trigger, then everytime I have to smothly click on the bottom of the trigger and it work. On normal weather they both work very correctly
 
That's an awesome portrait!

Do you mean the RF-603 were impaired by the moisture in the air?
 
The problem is the combination between yongnuo 565ex and rf-603 in bad weather. In the same condition, the rf-603 worked pretty well with the canon 420ex.
 
Great portrait Giang! Looks like this is still a good option. I doubt I would be using it in "bad" conditions and off camera. This will mainly be on camera and indoor projects with off camera flash.
