Yongnou 560 mark 4

Hi does any own a 560 iv flash if so does it flash when in tx mode I've tried always but it will only trigger my mark 3 to flash but will not flash itself is this right only received it today it will flash in every other mode except transmitter mode any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm not sure if it's faulty

It's not unusual that you have to set compulsory flash firing in your camera's menu to get the onboard flash to fire rather rthan just triggering the remote flashes.

Hi Bob thanks for the reply I will look in my camera menu but what bothers me it wont even fire manually in tx mode but does in every other mode just doesn't seem right otherwise on camera it's just a transmitter
