YN560EX vs YN560II

I've been looking in to buying my first external flash and have been pointed towards the Yongnuo speedlights for their low price and good performance.

I've come across a little problem though, what's the difference between the YN560EX and the YN560II?

As I can't see a difference myself I'm just tempted to buy the YN560II as it's slightly cheaper

YN560EX will act as a remote TTL flash, but only manual if no commander available.
YN560II is manual only

The YN560III has just come out by the way. It has a built in RF-602/3 receiver
