Firstly, don't be fooled by the 'for canon' (or 'for nikon'...) ebayers tag on the '560, as it isn't TTL and thus isn't brand specific in any way (other than that it requires an ISO standard hotshoe, and thus won't work as-is on a Sony).
Secondly, there are lots of reports of problems with the '560, mostly that the zoom assembly stops working (and thus so does the flash). Apparently the incidence of dead-on-arrival zoom assemblies has gone down over time, but it does still happen apparently.
It's supposed to be a great manual-mode flash if that's what you want, and if you're lucky enough to get a working one, and careful enough not to drop it even a small distance (which can knock the zoom assembly out of alignment).
That said, strobist still recommends the LumaPro flashes for manual-mode because of their reliability and feature set.
Not saying do or don't buy, that's a decision you have to make (I own a TTL YN flash myself...) but pointing out that there are some issues that have to be weighed up.
I suppose its a case of you get what you pay for. If you're experienced with manual flash then it may well be worthwhile. If you're not comfortable with manual flash settings you may be better off saving up some more money and going for a TTL flash, such as a Nissin Di622 or similar.
