This would be a good thread to post a warning to always check the terms and conditions when submitting any material to local rags.
Especially if the work is important to you!
Here for instance are the T&Cs for the Wirral Globe. Read carefully for they are quite frightening if you value your work....

So there you go. I have highlighted a couple of the naughty bits.
This is very common and will catch the uninformed photographer quite easily. :thumbsdown:
So if someone unwittingly submits a rather fantastic image, then this lot (and many other papers) can use your image, change it, sell it etc and without your permission and without you getting a penny.
