XT1 Shooting JPEG only

I am at a loss but my XT1 has gone from shoot RAW to JPEG. I must have done something wrong, but I cannot fathom what it is. I have tried to reset in the menu but alass not able to it defaults to JPEG . Any advise please.

This happened to me, I'd koncked the dial under the ISO dial to a format that was only available in JPEG. Turned it back to single shot and all was good.

If you shoot at ISO 100 you only get JPEG. If you want RAW you must use ISO 200 or higher.

Ah, I didn't know that but, then again, I never shoot at 100.
