Evening everyone.

Has anyone dealt with XL studio lighting before? And what was your experience like.

Basically I placed an order yesterday for a Duo background. I've checked my order status today, and all it states is payment received. Surely it should be posted within 24hours of the payment being recieved.

Tried calling, just going to answer phone and no Riley from the contact form from this morning.

Never heard of them mate. 24 hours is not an extreme delay right enough. maybe just getting around to it.
 
Got a reply on Wednesday afternoon saying there was an order with the website notifying them of the order. Was getting picked up by UPS on the Wednesday for delivery Thursday. And now apparently UPS have messed up and aren't picking it up until today, for delivery Monday!
 
Delivery companies are the bane of my life. Hopefully you'll have them soon Shaun. Well before christmas anyway !!
