just to let people know that the above companies insurance policys are finally paying out, after 6 months of waiting and wondering if we would ever get our money back ( in my case £6000) its finally over. i got my money returned into my bank account this morning. WOOOHOOO!!!!!!!

I don't care who they're owned by, TCD ****ed up my holiday to the US last year, it was booked and paid for then 3 weeks before we were due to go I got a receipt in the post with a letter saying the monday flights had all been cancelled and could I ring them.

we were due to go the week before christmas all they could offer was 26th on , I ended up having to re-book with another company which cost me another £1000, shower of *****
