Yes
For anyone who missed this on Saturday night, they got a group of the best (worst?) auditioners from the early rounds of the X-Factor - the ones that made us all laugh, stuck them on stage and got them to perform Michael Jackson's Earth Song.

Pure class.

The funniest bit was the old woman who didn't realise it was her turn.

Not even going to play it. Groan.

Family were invited round for party on Saturday night and my Mum and Mother in law spent the entire time watching frigging X-factor! :bat:.......... I remember my mum laughing at old ladies who watched the snooker on telly............wonder what I will be watching when I am older:D

Nope. I can't see anything funny about that. Has someone lowered the funny bar while I wasn't looking?

Sad, cringeworthy and embarassing. And that's just the audience.

Its funny because these people went onto a talent show on national TV with absolutely zero talent and thought they were god's gift at singing.

Saturday night was the first time I've watched it since the peliminary auditions - I only watch it to laugh at the people who think they can sing when they really, really can't. If that makes me a bad person, good - they shouldn't be putting themselves on TV in the first place.

Once they weed out all the rubbish and they have decent singers week in week out it gets boring.

What I'm not sure about is how they managed to get them all back on stage to sing live after they were humiliated on tv - either they still think they are really quite good at singing or they're a little naieve.

Oh well, it made me chuckle anyway.

or maybe they just paid them a few quid to look like prats all over again :D

Well its a combination of being dreadful, exploiting, and humiliating - pretty much the X-Factor ethos if you ask me :D

The only people that are laughing on that show are the producers. Take Saturday night as an example, 8,000,000 votes at 35 pence a time.

For complaints about this post please phone 0191 123456 and vote Yes or No. Calls cost 50 pence a vote

lol yeah the only time I ever voted on one of these was when michelle won - I'd put a fiver on her winning earlier in the year at silly odds, she got to the final and won, I won £70

bargain.
