I have to say this is one of the most pleasant retail transactions I've ever experienced..

A large order for a more or less complete Droll Yankees wild bird feeder system, quite daunting to someone who hasn't shopped with them before, each stage of the ordering and purchasing explained and confirmed, felt very comfortable.

Received an email stating that the items have been dispatched (last Friday) and they turned up at 8.40am this morning, very well wrapped, even the metal poles were bubble wrapped with cardboard around them.

Person I dealt with (Sian) very pleasant and theu even threw in some complimentary niger seed and dried mealworms, plus they are the cheapest I could find in the UK for the items I ordered, with free delivery by Business Post.

Couldn't ask for more!

No probs!

I opted for the home made high energy mix and robins, great tits, blue tits, goldfinch, coal tits and chaffinches seem to love it, but they do about 12 different kinds IIRC.

Another delivery arrived from them today (approximately 9am), again by Business Post. 31kg worth of stuff, obviously mainly feed.

Extremely well packaged again - bubble wrap, corregated cardboard inside a hessian potato sack, 2 of them..

As good as it gets! Sian and Lesley very nice people to do business with

Sunflower hearts are premium quality and the birdies seem to agree, returning time and time again
