Hi all,

Has anyone been on any of the workshops organised by these guys?
I am really tempted to book their trip to Tatra Mountains - Slovakia.
It sounds very good and the on hand tution would be ideal.

I would love to do this, but If I do I would need a better lens or I would feel like I'm loosing out

Looks fantastic, I'll let you know how I get on with the Bavarian workshop in March:thumbs:

Cheers Darren.

I received this email today from Matt Jevons:

Tatra Photography Workshop

I noticed that you arrange photography meets and some of the people wanted to fly from Scotland. We do offer a good discount to photography clubs who arrange overseas photography meets and can arrange different flights from Scotland into Krakow.

We can offer a 10% discount per person to each person travelling, Max 7 people per group.

We can also arrange flights from Edinburgh (2 hours) to Krakow with transfers ( 2hours )

Price for workshop with 7 people including 10% discount = £1080.00 per person.

All info on the workshop is available here, http://tatraphotographyworkshop.com/...hop/4536898201

Please let me know if your club/website would be interested In a Tatra mountain photography meet.

Best Regards

So if anyone on here is interested please make it known ;)

I went last year on their first trip into the Tatra mountains with Chris Weston...awesome scenery... weather very mixed including snow and this was in May - did not get the expected sunsets. Great night on top of Lomnicky Peak although weather not conducive to photography 50mph plus winds, minus many, many degrees... interesting cable car ride back down. Some beautiful waterfalls, castles, lakes but also meadows for macro.. Great accommodation/food/beer etc...but beware Matt is a Man Utd fan... would highly recommend....
