Wrist straps for compacts

I've recently bought a TZ-100 and fitted an Op-Tech neck strap and the supplied wrist strap (for the rare occasions when I want to use the thing at arm's length.) The Op-Tech strings will go through the camera's eyes but there isn't room for the wrist strap's string as well so I've stuck a split ring on the opposite end to the viewfinder window to allow both straps to stay fitted.

That cordy thing looks like the knitted clothes hangers pensioners make for craft fairs

Oi you, both @mickledore and I have Coordweaver straps, and if you say anything nasty about them on Monday we'll leave you on the highest hill we can find in the Peak District :D:D:D:D

In all seriousness, the coordweaver straps are fine using the supplied eyelet, on my cameras, the eyelet has both the coordweaver wristr strap on it and an Optech QR release clip for a neck strap.

Were they harder to make than the clothes hangers? :)

OK. That's sorted. Not on a high hill but in the village of Eyam. Google it. It's known as the Plague Village. Want to know why? They shut it off when the plague came and left everyone to die. That's your fate my man. And you can take your knitting with you. Old woman.

Is that all you've got, I'm a Londoner, fires, plague, bombed by every bleeder known to man and still going strong.

Bring it on, what else you got, bit of wickerwork or a picture made out of old clock parts, only thing that scares me are those squashed up processed peas

See you Monday, collected my train tickets yesterday, early start on the 7.23 from Huntingdon :)

A Londoner. A bleedin' townie.
You're coming up into the wilds of northern England. You will be so high up that your nose will bleed.

Sounds rough, extra bowl of jellied eels needed for me tomorrow I reckon

Strewth. I tried them once.
Correction. I tried one piece once.
Correction. I tried one bite once.
Only bleedin suvveners could eat that stuff.

@kennysarmy - if the camera will take a split ring and that will help you, drop me a PM with your address. I've a packet of split rings for the straps I occasionally make and can pop a couple in the post to you if you cover the price of the stamp with a handful of change into the next RNLI tin you pass.
