Yes
I’ve started developing carpal tunnel syndrome in my right (dominant) wrist. I don’t have any wrist support for my work which is mainly desk/computer based.

I’ve had an awesome recommendation for a mouse (Logitech MX3) on here but I’m now a fingertip grip user (wrist rests on desk and fingers move mouse which is high sensitivity). We have new keyboards at work which don’t have a built in wrist rest like the previous ones did.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Are you looking for a keyboard wrist rest of mouse? I have a gel filled one for my mouse which I've had for years - there's no makers mark on it but I think most would be pretty similar.

I need both TBH.

I’ve seen foam and gel based rests. I’ve seen mousemats with an integrated rest. I’ve seen “work top surfaces” which is like a giant mousepad which holds keyboard and mouse and has wrist rests for both.

Asking for recommendations otherwise I will go for the first one I see on Amazon.

I would say gel rather than foam as they last much longer.

I use a separate wrist rest from my nose may and that works well for me as I can position it wherever I need.

I'd say the more things you put together (giant workspace) the more likely you are not to get in with one bit of it.
