Some might be aware I'm planning on changing two cameras and a telephoto zoom and have decided on the one camera. but not sure about the other. Still undecided but considering a R7/R7 MK2, R6 MK2 or R6 MK3.

I can't decide whether or not to keep the Canon 700D as it's "mint", which is due to it spending most of it's time on a 100-400 EF(excellent good condition, only wear marks on lens hood and hood fittings) and only being used a few times a year. I won't get much for it as a "trade in". I think I have owned it for twenty years and have taken about 3,500 images per year since new.
I only have two lenses for it, the zoom mentioned and the kit lens(EF-S 18-55?) it came with that doesn't autofocus anymore.

If I keep I will need a lens for it, so would you keep it or let it go?

Let it go, unless you have the space to show it off in a display case for old time's sake.

I'm a sentimental sod so I'd keep it if I'm honest Adrian.

I’m the same as Terry; I’d advise to get rid, but I’d want to keep it. My wife has an excellent trick for situations like this: you already know subconsciously whether or not you want to keep it, so toss a coin: heads you keep it, tails you get rid. Whichever side it lands on, if your first thought is “oh no”, then do the opposite.
