would this fit my sony a200?

Seen this on ebay clicky

Just wondering whether firstly it will fit my sony a200?
also what sort of lens is this and what would it be good for?
What should it be worth and what should be the most i pay for it?

Would ideally like a new lens but dont really want to pay the earth as im a beginner.

it's a minolta AF lens,so it should fit the alpha range of cameras.it would be a decent enough walkabout lens,but i presume you have the 18-70 kit lens..which will do as good a job,but without the extra 30mm of reach(45mm on the alpha).i would suggest getting a 70-300 lens,which will give you a decent range to cover most situations.
