Would I be able to copy and print pictures from carwalls.com

From google search it says

www.desktopmachine.com

Free wallpapers of the most beautifull cars on this planet.

they dont have any info regarding copyright on their page so no idea who actually owns the images and what sort of license they are giving you for free i.e is it only for wallpaper on a device.
Personally if your using it just for personal use I can't really see a real issue as they are allowing you to use them freely on your desktop, commercially though I would be wary because if they don't actually own the images the REAL copyright holder could decide to pursue you for a usage fee

You think this is a legit site?

i don't lol, looks like a lot of images from a lot of sources from google images lol

The few I looked at all seem like press release images

Thanks

They have carwalls.com thing on bottom of photos I've looked at

Just because it's watermarked by them doesn't mean it's theres though. The TVR Cerbera shot is a press release image as are the other TVR images. They seem to be used all over the internet including sites such as Parkers.
The Mazda ones are certainly press images.

well i wanted a larger poster size for personal home use and was thinking if it would get rejected by printing companies online

I haven't looked at the site but presumably anything posted on the net will be too small and poor quality to print big.

It goes up to 2560 x 1600
What size can that go upto

At 300 PPI, about 8.5" x 5.5".

Of course you don't need 300 PPI for a poster print because you won't be looking at it from such a close range. The bigger the print, the further back you view it from, and the fewer PPI you need. There's a general rule of thumb that 6 megapixels is enough to do a big print. But 2560 x 1600 is only 4 megapixels.

Just to add, posters are generally cheaper than any prints you can get of your own files.

You'll be better off looking for posters on line.

Of course if it was your own work, having a print done is a no brainier.
