Lovely colours and Dof.
 
Real nice, vibrant pink set off nicely by the dark BG beyond, which has nice interest in it echoing the shape of the flower. Spot on focus and sufficient DOF.

Thanks for the comments. This was taken at f/1.2 on my OM1 so very thin DOF. Tried at higher apertures but liked this best.

I really like the G Clamp shot, for me the path on the flowers shot leads you away from the subject, beautiful colour though.
 
Both robust but as others say, the path is a distraction.
 
Two good shots David. I like the Rhodo shot. I planted a new one last Fall and it's taken off really well. They're the shrubs that take a lickin' and keep on tickin'...

Nice... made me think for a moment or two (though perhaps I'm just being slow).
 
Each have their merits but on balance, I slightly tend towards the colour version.
 
Nice one David, I think that I like the b&w one the best.

It was taken in my back garden in Cheshire at lunchtime. The chimpanzee version was generated by AI using Photoshop Beta.
 
Nearby. Nice idea and well exposed - I think both work well.
Irregular - made me smile and great composite. Its very convincing.
 
Love the one of the chimp on the tree - great editing!
