Without a hands on examination, it's hard to tell but they look real enough to me.


On a slightly more serious note, I've had a look on Snopes and can't find anything to suggest that the tall lady doesn't exist. A little Googling tells me that she's from LA and is known simply as Eve.
 
Not so sure it's fake. If she is pushing 7' and the smaller girl is just over 5', together with the fact that the taller girl's shoes have much higher heels on them, that would put her more than 2' over the smaller girl.

Looking at the ratio of difference in height compared to the rest of her, that could easily be 2' or so.

The one thing I can't get over is the size of her feet!!

Looks like more than a 17inch difference between the two, even with the platforms the ginger is wearing, perhaps a bit of careful photoshopping....:)
