World time/clock apps (OSX, iPhone, Windows)

For Windows I use qlock free (it's a little difficult to find on their website - http://qlock.com). Ipad/phone versions also available.

Your iPhone already has that within the Clock app - it's even labelled at the bottom World Clock.
If you mean on the standby screen - then you'll need to go down the jailbreak route and see what Cydia has, if anything.
As for OSX - you do know the App Store in on your Dock, and it has a search facility?
You might find one you like if you type in world clock.
Regarding Windows - I've seen desktops with multiple clocks displayed, but I can't recall the app used, and it was Vista or XP at the time, I think.

Just for clarification, I need to display several clocks at the same time, e.g. London, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai..

Did you even look at the Clock app already on your phone?
Presuming you haven't, do so, then select the World Clock.
Hit the + button top right to add those cities mentioned.
Et voilà!
Now press the home button and whenever you need to know the time in one of those cities, select the Clock app and it'll display the World Clocks each time you launch it.
