Can anyone recommend a beginners DSLR workshop 1- day course or similar. I have seen lots of online ads but would be nice to hear from anyone who has actually been on one. Thinking Cheshire area. Basic stuff like focus, composition DOF etc. Not expensive either....

goingdigital.co.uk have been recommended to me and they are all over the country.
 
A colleague did one at Tatton Park, which he said was very good.

Lots you can learn on here for free though!
