Working with models

Hello,

Been in contact with several models via Model-mayhem and hopefully working with them soon, just wondered do i need to get them to sign anything or is there anything i need to cover my back?

In what way?

I always use model releases (unless it's an agreed test shoot with an agency) but there's no rule says you have to.
