To whom it may concern,

I'm an Art Foundation Student from Winstanley College, Wigan, looking for work experience in Studio/Advertisement Photography in a professional environment. I studied Photography at A-Level, where I gained an A, to go on this year to do Art Foundation, a stepping stone into well established Universities.

My preferred subject is to work with people photography to create images for a range of different uses, advertisement, personal or for general artwork. So I'm looking for as much work experience in this field as possible to be able to not only increase my experience but also build a better portfolio of work.

Agreed. Try finding contact numbers for specific businesses that you'd be interested in gaining experience with and either phoning them or contacting them by Email. No harm in checking out photography forums, you might get lucky but you're probably not very likely to get a placement this way.

Best of luck on finding something though and good on you for having such a clear idea of what you want to do . . . and doing something about it to make it a reality.
