Wordpress plugin for Google+, FB and Twitter

I used to have a FB widget that posted links to my new blog posts automatically to FB and Twitter, I'd like to set something up for all of the above now, but my sparse searches have come to nought.

Does anyone have recommendations? I don't mind if it's one 2 or 3 seperate plugins, I just want something simple.
Admins - can you move this to talk computers - I appear to be a moron.
