wonder how many people are going to call photographers stalkers now

If the pictures were already on the Internet, why would he threaten to make them public? They would already be public.

Oh FFS, how would he send them if he didnt have them? It also says that he had compiled a list of names of people that he would send the photos to.

It is entirely possible that he lied about having photos of her, of course, but lets all just argue for the sake of it eh.

oh come to think of it was there not a post on here about a edinburger photographer that didnt give some one there wedding photos as he had to move out his home? wonder if thats him?
 
It sounds like the woman knew him. And on the assumption that he did have naked photographs of her then maybe she posed for them in the first place.

Well, the article says photographer. More likely just some creepy dykhead with a camera.

I would imagine he probably lifted them from a social networking site or similar - either that or he was an ex boyfreind and had some intimate snaps

either way he's scum sucker who want's a nasty accident involving a paslode nail gun and his testicles :mad:

BTW.....if the victim believed he had the images, that would be enough.
If you walk into a post office with two bits of pipe strapped together with the ends poking out of a carrier bag, and the couter assistant believes it to be a gun....congrats, you've just secured yourself an aggravated armed robbery charge.
Same principle.
 
I wasn't trying to belittle what he had done but was being pedantic in pointing out to another poster that the article did not state that he actually had any such photos.

Yeah, I thought that as well. The envelope he gave her contained "personal information" and the police found "documents which contained more information about his victim". It's not at all clear whether or not he actually had any photos of her, and if so where they came from. We don't even know whether she believed he might have some. I'm quite surprised that the article leaves all this up in the air.

Can I ask (probably going to be sorry) what does it matter if he had pics of her or not.. the link is that he is a photogrpaher not that he had pictures... what relevance.. what differentce does it make ?
 
It doesn't matter, but it shows how easy it is to jump to conclusions.
