Why is it when you women go out for an event and book your partner/husband as your taxi home........you never come out when you say you will......even if you ring and say come get me now it is still an hour wait outside the bloody venue.....:mad:

in just your boxers, string vest and slippers, she won't be late out again :D

I done something similar once before but in normal attire.......got mauled by a dozen boozy women :eek:

na ya can't work women out ,my missus has been walking round all night with mistletoe sellotaped to her belly button , i think she's lost the plot :naughty: :naughty: :naughty: :thinking:
 
It's because blokes say goodbye in about 30 secs. "Right that's it I'm off" Shake hands all round, "see you next week" etc and that's it.

Women take 20-60 minutes to say goodbye.

Mrs Nod knows that if she says she's ready and I go to collect her and she's not there, I'll go home without her! Not happened yet. BTW, same arrangement goes the other way.
 
Can't say my wife has ever done that, now where's that smug smilie? :LOL:
 
Do what I do.....text her this just as you're leaving home - "I'm outside, where are you??"
 
Phone the venue and get the dj to announce your outside!

My ex partner was late coming out and I done exactly this- she came ranting and raving red faced with embarrassment, did help I knew the venue

I would take a guess that he has been with her for more than 6 months, that's why he's on here instead :runaway:

I can't stand being even a minute late. Football Christmas do last week. Meet time was 6.30pm. I walked through the door at 6.30pm. The boys all wandered through 15-20 minutes later. Minibus picked us up at 3.30am. Me trying to round up 20 football lads to get to it on time. Cannot stand being late for meetings. Winds me up

For all the jest in here I'm actually with you, I hate being late too, I'd rather be early and wait than late..

Years ago I had a mate who was constantly late, in the end I used to give her an earlier time so we wouldn't be half hour late wherever we was going
 
I tried doing that but got annoyed when they turned up 20 minutes later than the time I'd given. Even though they were technically 10 minutes early :lol:

What's worse is that they either don't care because it's not an issue and are really blasé about it or can't stop saying sorry and then continue to do it again the next time and the next etc etc
 
I have actually fallen out with people over constant lateness and no longer socialise with them.
