Do they go together.............Eileen got her new phone upgrade yesterday, after hrs playing with it and me sending her some decent ringtones, She decided to install the software on her laptop.....easy........not for her
I told her to install the USB driver first and the samsung suite last and only after this little lot had finished installing "plug the phone in" ..... did it work

Today she tried to install a ringtone from the web, Would it go on

She tried direct usb cable and bluetooth with no luck and all my suggestions didnt work, so I asked her if she installed the software as I told her.......yes she said ......run soft ware as Vista sp2 .........yes she said
Anyway after the complete uninstall I installed it for her and wow it worked, so I showed her what I did and low and behold she said " I didnt do it that way I just installed the PC suite".......so the USB driver isnt needed.....yes she is blonde and I will be ...........ah well:shrug:
