Off to Jersey first thing in the morning for a friend's wedding. Our stepdaugher is going to be an absolute picture as she is a bridesmaid
And it's a job lot from us as I'm the tog for the day GULP! Our bride is as mad as a hatter and we even had to call her today to get the time of the wedding (hey it's only two days away!) So let's just say it's somewhat unconventional in the preparation and planning department. (That and her hair went ginger at the hairdresser)
So I have put together a backpack with a host of gear since the location recce was via the internet and I really need to offer this place some pics for their website
(yes they were that bad)
So wish me luck, I'll have about 20 mins at the location before I have to get shooting. I've taken the 5D because it's light and there is a baggage allowance that is limiting my choices. I've got 24-70mm f2.8 70-200mm f2.8 and a 100mm macro for the wedding ring shots and location details. A nifty fifty for low light stuff later (first dance) and a 15-30mm because I think they will suit some wide angle shots. (I know them both so can get close in with no problem) I'm hoping I can get some shots of them tomorrow before their big day too.
Probably the most unconventional bride you could imagine.
Come to think of it, I'm going to need some luck...................
