wireless remote

Can anyone recommend a wireless remote for 1D mk 3 not sure what to get i want it for wildlife. thanks

I'm got a set of yongnuo rf 603 flash triggers and they double up as a wireless remote remote as well.

Got the 602 yongnuo for the nikon. Works a treat both ways -

For a remote shutter release I first got a Phottix Cleon II (Still use it now) and its great.

For remote Flash Triggers I got yongnuo RF-602's which are also great .... these double up as shutter release and they are v.good.

Got my yongnuo RF-602 from ebay.

Another vote for RF602's/603's great triggers that work every time, they are also not way over priced like some others.

I'd urge caution re buying an RF602 solely as a remote, as the connecting cables are prone to failure, even straight out of the packet. If you do buy one make sure your seller will a) supply a cable with the kit (they don't come with them as standard) and b) will exchange it if it turns out to be faulty.

I can highly recommend the PHOTTIX PLATO. works well up to 50 metres and very responsive, also has several different modes to allow one shot, burst ect...
