WinXP - iTunes 11 - Epson SX435W

I give up!!

Been trying to figure out what is the problem and can't figure out.

I've got iTunes 11 (same problem applies to when I had iTunes 10) on Windows XP (With Service Pack 3). I have Epson Stylus SX435W printer.

Whenever I try to print the library, it's the part when you're in iTunes and it displays a list of your tracks, and you click on File - Print...

When a diag box comes up asking me for options, I would click on 'song lists' and from drop down menu, chose 'custom' so iTunes would print same view as what I see on iTunes.

If I click on OK, no problems, it will print.

But if I chose to click on printer set up, to change options, ie: print in draft or normal, print in black/white or colour, or to chose the Advance tab to chose option to print on both sides, or anything like that, that's when it would just freeze, it just stops working.

Anyone had some kind of experience like that or anyone heard any problems related to this?

Maybe check you have latest driver for your printer?

Tried it, first the attempt to download updated drivers said its not comparable for Windows XP, and suggested I stop installation, which I did, but find alarmingly that it had uninstalled the old drivers, so I ended up reinstalling from the CD. So back to square one.

Try proceeding anyway. Sometimes that message is a red herring. Providing it did state xp compatibility on the manufacturer download page.

There are still problems with trying to change print settings (ie: draft, normal, best, or print both pages, print in reverse order, etc., as it always crashes and freeze whenever I tried to. I can only print iTunes from File | Print right away, and it'll be okay. But if File | Print then click on Printer preferences button to try to change any settings, it just freeze.
