Windows interrupting me....

When I have a game running full screen then usually Windows doesn't bother me - often when I finish I'll get a message like "while you were gaming, I hid these messages". This has stopped working.

I have a couple of background tasks that run now and again (backups and an annoying launcher that keeps running even when I tell it not to). I have a game full screen and all of a sudden, I'm looking at the desktop and lunging for the mouse to get back to the fight. You can imagine how vexing this is.

So I want either to fix Windows to how it used to be or a way of turning off all scheduled tasks but then reenabling them later.

When I Google this, all I get is people moaning about this happening while they are streaming on Twitch

FWIW my computer has 3 screens. When I play games I turn 2 of them off.

Thanks - that was the name of the thing I needed!

Unfortunately it was already set when I checked it. I've also installed Razer Cortex which is supposed to do this exact thing but it still (occasionally) happens - less than before but still too much.
