Windows 8 update issue

My new pc did a windows update last night and now is hardly responding and won't connect to
The net
Unable to access control panel
Is there still a go back feature in windows 8

You could try a system restore, type in the start menu "System restore" click on Settings under the search bar, click on 'create a restore point' then select 'System Restore...'

Right I can get to system restore but nothing happens intact it won't respond to any programs
Can't even get in to safe mode ahhhhh

seem to have sorted it now
looks like the windows update trashed it
