Friend of mine has yesterday bought a laptop with windows 8.1 on it...... Was setting it up today and upgraded to windows 10......... Mouse/touch pad has stopped working and cursor disappeared.....

F5 key does nothing!

Help
 
He'll probably have to look on the manufacturers website for the laptop for updated windows 10 drivers... failing that plug in an external usb mouse in the meantime :thumbs:

May be a bit tricky if his cursor has disappeared.

or plug a cheap USB external mouse in as I mentioned above, let it detect and install - hey presto the cursor will appear and away you go :D
 
It's been fixed! Was drivers to work it!
