Windows 10 colour settings

I have recently installed Windows 10 onto my wife's PC. This was a fresh install so went fairly easily.

There are one or two things that we would like to be able to change, the main one being menus and taskbar colours, which you could do in Windows 7 screen shot below;



Using this you could change all sorts if items to suit your taste.
Has anybody any ideas about a theme or settings to do this in Windows 10 please.

It's the same as W7, right click on the desktop and click on 'personalize'.

Thaks for the reply, but;
In Windows 7 you could set the individual colours for task-bar, buttons etc, that is what I am trying to do in Win 10.
When you adjust personalize in its global changes not individual ones as far as I can work out.

I have found a hidden setting "Control color" which helps but not ideal.
