Guys,

I'm in the market for a Canon Pixma Pro 100-s. I can get one from the US for quite a bit less than here. I feel like I'll be able to just plug it in with a UK plug and it'll work but wondered if anyone had any experience?

Cheers,
Lyle

Power Source
AC 100-240V, 50 / 60Hz

Yep. Should be fine. At least, that's the power rating on the UK site. How will you avoid customs charges?

You will need a US/ UK adapter for the plug, but more significantly is the warranty valid worldwide or does it have to be returned to the US?

it's just an iec 7 power socket, any cable will suffice.

Postage from the USA is usually very high.

Thanks guys, it's still much cheaper with postage and custom charges included. The warranty wouldn't be good though, it'd be in the states. Think I'm gonna have to fork out full price just for peace of mind x
