Hi.
I bought a bottle of DDX on Boxing Day and used it once or twice. I went to use it a few days after and the lid was stuck on. I've been using D76 since. I have another sachet of it but its unmixed and I have some film I want to develop today.
With the correct combination of plier application and the strength of ten bears I have managed to heroically remove the lid from the DDX. Upon looking inside the bottle it has taken on a rather yellow hue and there are a few floaters which I am guessing are bits from the lid thread.
Do you fine people recommend me using it? Or should I just mix my D76 and wait until tomorrow? It's my day off today though and I struggle to develop any other times due to time constraints.
*edit*
Well it worked

Film was FP4+. Camera was Minolta X-500 (with the 50 1.7 on).
Thanks for looking and thanks all for the help earlier
