I got a Wii a few weeks ago, Wii sports, Wii Fit board, love them all they are great.....

Recently got Wii Play and extra remote, battling tanks are fun and racing cows and are hilarious!

BUT!!!!!! Just got the DANCE MAT! It's AWESOME!!!! It is very similar to the playstation one that came out a few years ago (I think similar is also in arcades) I am getting so much exercise, hope to be as skinny as a rake in no time! !!!!!

:D :D :D

I tried the playstation mat years ago... it had a fitness mode.. after about 40 minutes and sweat pouring off me.. absoloutly knackered.. it announced I had burnt... 3 calories..

I didnt bother again...

Hi LB :)

We've got 19 Wii games , 4 Controllers / Nunchucks, Wii fit & Guitar :D

Can't really recommend a game as they appeal to different people at Chez Gubby but if there is one you're interested in I'll review it (if we've got it) :)

What games you got then? Is the guitar good? :)

That's not very good :-( , I've not tried the workout, just the game, getting the high score is becoming addictive!!!!!

Mario Kart is an absolute must!

Also Sonic and Mario at the Olympics is a good workout.

Mario Kart is great, Wii Fit games are fun. didn't get on with the olympics.

The golf is great - Tiger woods?

not really played my wii games for a while...

been using the homebrew channel and snes emulator's recently

usually i've be playing need for speed or MKWii though

Mario Kart and Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party (or whatever it's called) are both excellent, fun games. :)

I only ever liked wii sports out of the games we have, mario kart seems a good shout as I reckon racing could be fun with wiimote

I have red steel and quite like it but it is dammed hard, the shooting bits are tricky as you have to aim properly which aint straightforward with a stick, but the katana bits are great :D

As everyone has said - Mario Kart with 4 people playing. Makes for a good night in with a take away and beers.

Mario Olympics is not recommended after a few beers, trying to do the 110m hurdles . Deffo one to be played when sober as skill and timing required.

Also Call of Duty 4 is great for a shoot-em-up as you use the nunchuk to control your direction and the controller to aim at the enemy and throw grenades/smoke bombs etc. Good effects as you also get feed back from the controller when there's an explosion near you or you get shot.

My youngest son begged and begged for a Wii for Christmas. Bought it for him and I don't think he's played it more than 6 times since. PS3 and XBOX 360 however and it's fights between him and his brother who's going to play them.

Quite enjoyed Super Mario Galaxy, and onto Mario Kart now. :)

Thanks everyone! Neighbors have Mario Karts and we've been invited to go and try it! :D

Also tempted with the Raving Rabbids, sounds mental! :)
