wii media centre / orb anyone using it

Hi all,

I've been wanting media pc's around the house for a while, but unfortunately all communal area tvs are pre hd so have no vga in

I do however have a wii in one room, and an xbox 360 in my room, so family and living room can in theory have media streaming available as well as making it easier for the laptops (gotta 'donate' my 360 though )

In the process of setting this up atm, just wondering if anyone else here is using it

typed that as I went to the site, I'm now streaming 300 onto my lappy - so far works GREAT

working straight off the bat on the wii and a linux lappy

LOVING this game, xbox chose this moment to die though so need to get onto MS as its a rrod failure

need to build a proper server out of one of the office pc's maybe shift the other to the workshop as a backup server for this but thats on hold until I build my new processing rig

will see if I can set up a scrap laptop to do it in another bedroom next and report back

wow just tested orb externally and it works, so my sis can stream off my pc from work
