I am no cat lover but I reckon she should have got a dose of her own medicine.
 
She has to write a letter of apology? Seriously?!?! Yeah, that'll teach her. :shrug:
 
Maybe a moment of madness, maybe a mistake, maybe she didn't think the cat would drown, she's only 16 and although I think it is cruel and brutal I've heard of a lot worse that never makes the newspaper or news (boys go out with air guns shooting cats and sometimes people, stuff that happens on a Saturday night :shake::gag:). Perhaps this is being sensationalised??????

Mind you I wouldn't want to hear everything as it would make me scared to go out.
