WHY! OH WHY! Shampoo Vs Conditioner

Why is it when you buy a the same brand/same size shampoo and conditioner.......The conditioner runs out long before the shampoo....................:confused:

well speaking from a females side, we use way more of it than shampoo when we wash our hair, a wash is a wash but for some reason when it comes to conditioner we easily double the amount.. for example take my hair, it is way way down my back, if i didn't use it, i wouldnt be able to get a comb through it, plus i want it lovely and soft so i use lots, quite often plaster it on, leave it for ages to really work in before rinsing, hence shampoo still 3/4 full... conditioner zilch!
 
Coal tar soap and a good scrub in cold water does me! Namby pampy new age men, pah!

You and the mrs have separate shampoos and conditioners? Blimey.

The simple answer is because you use more of it - the slightly more complex answer is conditioner is more soluble in water so you have to use more to get the same amount of foaming. However there is a simple answer - for blokes unless you have a full jesus (and girls with short hair) conditioner does b****r all anyway so just wash your hair with shampoo and have done with it (indeed I dispense with the shampoo as well and just use shower gel)

No, I just grab the dregs of whatever anybody else in the family has left for me.

The stuff I use doesn't foam....and as I have been aware if the shampoo/conditioner dilemma for some time I am very careful to measure each time but to no avail....it is still disappearing quicker

Well, if you are only buying the Mrs the cheap stuff, did it not occur to you, that she might be nicking your expensive stuff? ;)

you have hair all down your back ?? girls aren't usually quite as hirsuite - for someone who's allegedly fluent in sarcasm there seems to be a remarkable slowness of uptake...

My mate matt (not alfie) has that problem, he looks like a chimp , his girlfriend waxed it for him once when we at uni , but he reckoned that hurt so much he'd go back to being furry

Just use a 2 in one in future ... or be a man and use swarfega ;)
 
You have me checking my moisturiser and my gel now.....just in case she has had her paws on them also.....:eek:
