Why is this effect/blurry happening in my photos?

The interior walls and shadow areas are noisier/grainy due to a greater amount of photon shot noise relative to light strength that exists in darker areas/scenes.

E.g. with most cameras you will get at least 1-2 stops better ISO performance recording a brightly lit scene as compared to recording a dark scene.
 
Shoot a single test frame at ISO 200, f4-5.6, on a tripod, in RAW and correctly focused - once on the centre frame, once on the corners. If it's still soft - or uneven - it's the lens. Sample variation is a big issue with MFT lenses.
