I have the book, 'Dancer Among Us' here on the shelf. It really is very good. The videos on how he gets some of them are really good too.

The reason I don't take photographs like that is because my sense of balance is crap and I'd have fallen off the bridge almost immediately.
 
I am guessing there may have been someone holding her legs and it has been shopped out?

I don't think so, especially because it states its not been digitally altered...plus she is not where near in danger, probably less than 10% of her body weight is over the edge...or would more be about tricks of the mind that would mess with your head
 
As a gentleman of course, I would volunteer to hold her legs.
