Why are You Tube vids taking so long to load?

Seem to be having a problem with YT, even short vids are taking ages to load. I don't think its my computer as other stuff loads quick enough. Is it a YT server thing...or something else?
 
Mine seems to be working fine.... does it just keep buffering?
 
Yeah, I've found the vids load a few seconds and then get stuck, refresh the page and it loads up the whole thing straight away...:shrug:
