You can use a resizing program or photo editor to reduce image sizes. A good FREE photo editor is Irfanview that's readily available for safe downloading on Cnet or several other sources. Just be certain to download both the program and the companion codec file. Always save your reduced image file under a slightly different name so the original full resolution file is maintained. I always add "LoRes" to the original name as the new name for this reduced file size version. Reduced DPI down to 72 will display fine on PC or video monitors. I usually reduce my files for posting to 4" X 6" and 72 dpi and this reduced "LoRes" version always post well.
