Whoops, I might have applied for a job!

They provide equipment apparently, wonder if that means I leave it in the club? No chance will I be using my own :D

It'll be a polaroid land-camera circa 1972.

They'll make you pay a £15k deposit for it.

Maybe.

They've probably just got a dSLR they loan out to who ever's working for them. Their insurance will cover it all so I shouldn't worry too much.

Unless of course it's a top of the range pro one. And then you wont ever want your's back!

It'll be a bog standard DSLR no doubt, ah well, if it does the job :D

Not expecting a reply to be honest, if anything, I bet I am over qualified :D

Good Job, however If I was to take pics in some of teh clubs in Ediburgh it would be full of ugly birds and chavs. Unless it was in the decent clubs in Edinburgh

Mike

Ugly birds and chavs still want photos taking

Think I can understand why Bedford isn't on the list, you tend to go in with things and come out with nothing!:naughty::naughty:

^^^Different strokes eh? :)

Thanks mattyh, lets see if I get a reply now :)

I used to do nightlife photography.

It's good if you are at university, great way to get out even more! In a way it's also good experience as you will (dependant on the company and support you recive) learn to master low-light photography which is particularly difficult.

I would actually recommend using your own kit. I'v used my own for a while now and never had any problems (no claims on the insurance).

Most drunk people would rather you take their photo than them break your camera :D

Also:

...Picture-pal is the UK's largest Nightclub & Leisure photography company, providing services in over 40 venues across the UK...
What? Who? Never heard of them before. lol.

Nice one betty

Getting in with the night club scene? Nice, and nah i wouldn't like leaving a night club with a DSLR in my hand.
