I have a watch photo that we are having above our made up fire place within our santas grotto being held at our fire station, its a kids xmas party for charity.

would like it to appear old fashioned but still with bright colours and still have a old feel about it, we are hoping to blow it up to 24x46in

any takers ?

I have the RAW file which i can email over to anyone wishing to lend a hand:thumbs:

You may get a lot more help if you show us the photo within your post. Not from me (yet) as I am a starter:bonk: But soon I hope.

Doh, thought i had, here it is, it does has a fair bit of noise mind.

As you can see, it needs cropping etc etc

Got any examples of "old but still bright colours" photo with the effect you want to achieve?

If not, it would help if you could find some examples of what you're thinking of ;)

See... that's where I would have gone (although yours is better than I'd have managed) but it doesn't tie up with "vibrant colours".

Noisy, so added grain, vignette, old-fashioned toning effect, rounded corners, in Lightroom 3.5. If you like this one, feel free to send me the RAW file.

I'm not sure exactly what the OP's after either, so I just had a go.
