I keep reading about this guy. Does he have a web site, price list etc.
 
Kerso is 'The Stig' of the photography world, We all know he exists but no-one knows who he is, spooky isn't it ? :D

I recently bought a 17-40L from Ian, first time I have purchased from him, it won't be the last. He delivered quickly, brilliant price and quality item. What else can you say but highly recommended. :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Got all sorts from him. Nikon SB-600 and Nikon 12-24 are my most recent purchases.

He's a trustworthy guy - no need to worry about putting your money in his hands!

He's got four ears, two of them are for listening and the other two are kind of backup ears. He doesn't have any eyebrows at all, except on Saturdays. When he yawns, he sounds like Liam Neeson chasing a load of hens around inside a barrel. And instead of a mouth, he's got four arses. :D

Seriously though, I think there's motion's afoot to set Kerso worship up as a new religion, and from what I can gather he's a most worthy messiah :)

And if you are within a days driving distance do what I did and collect your goodies from his base north of the Forth and take in the Fife coastline, beautiful harbours and scenery.
Well worth the trip and the savings in postage will go a "little" way towards our expensive petrol.

Ian originally came from Scotland but now has a permanent home in Maryland in the US hence our superb deals we get from him..;)

His sister and the rest of his family still live in Scotland and yes.. He is in the process of having a website built..:)

I too have my wages paid straight into Ians account..:lol:
 
Ian Kerr (Kerso) actually lives in the USA and has a business set up over here, he stocks quite a lot of stuff in Scotland and his sister sees to the despatch side in Fife. Lots of the guys on this and other forums use him as his prices are not a lot higher than US prices, and we all know (or should) that US prices are a hell of a lot cheaper than even discounted UK ones.
He is planning to come to Scotland early in the year, and hopes to meet with some of us.

I along with many others have bought thousands of pounds worth of gear from him, it qualifies (where possible) for the Canon cashback offers and he will match the canon warranties worldwide on his sales.

Obviously occasionally things do not happen as he would want, shipments don't arrive on time etc but from what I've seen here and elsewhere these problems are few and far between.
