Who is best 35mm film processor ?

Recommendations please for best 35mm film processor would be appreciated.
I've got:
a]colour neg,
b]b+w neg [C41]
c]E6 [Ektachrome]
And I would want a CD at the same time.
Its b and c that are the most difficult to find
