Who carrys there DSLR with them every day?

Sometimes if I'm going for a walk round Valencia I'll take my D90 with my 35mm or 50mm lens, but most of the time I'll leave it at home unless I'm planning to take photos of something specific.

No point taking my main gear every day as I'm either driving to work, driving between sites, or sat in the office. If push came to shove, I'd use my phone. I normally have an SLR or compact on me if I leave the house out at weekends though!

Im nearly always travelling to or from the office, so not much to spark interest.

However, I always have a little ixus in my laptop bag.
If I am going somewhere different I take the G11.
If going somewhere interesting I dont mind carting two or three bodies with lenses to suit.

More often than not I have my D60 with 35mm lens attached in my bag, just in case I decide to go out for a lunchtime stroll

If I walk or get the bus to the office, I'll take my D90 with 50mm in my bag, If I cycle to the office I'll leave it at home because I'll have filled the space with my bike locks.

Nearly always have mine with me with my Canon 300mm prime on it. My drive to work every day is through the Cheshire countryside so you never know what you might come across.

Mine's a mixture of the two, I have to take my camera to college just in case we do any photo shoots but also I don't actually intend to shoot it's more of a compulsory thing

When I'm at college though I just take my camera and 50mm lens.

Yea I always carry my bag with me for my 365.

I usually chuck the 500d in with the kit lens in a lowerpro aw110 bag. Small light and easy to just leave in car boot/on seat covered with coat etc. Means I have a chance to get that random shot that turns out to be a stunner

I carry a little one with me just in case. The DSLR only comes out when I know I'll be using a camera.

I have always tried to take my D700 everywhere with me, but have now succumbed to buying a Leica D-Lux 5 (not yet arrived on my door step).

No more missed photos for me, just more crap ones.

Blimey! Yep carry kit everywhere. 2 bodies + lens, + 5 Bowens+ 10 light stands multi bgs 2 Hi lites + Bottle tops + 2x Chroma key bg + monopod + 6 reflectors + 5 brollies + 3 large Soft boxes + 3x tripods + 2x Metz flash guns +4x 30 metre 4 way extension cables + 2 laptops + tool kit + posing stools + 9ft white vinyl + lots of other bits... All packed in a van. Yep every day. Why so much? Because I shoot everyday. Camera to work? Yep as I don't get paid if I dont!!!!!
